Event Coordinator

Our on-site Event Coordinator will begin assisting you approximately one year prior to your wedding day covering a variety of areas, including:

  • Building a Wedding Day Timeline to fit your unique needs
  • Venue visits for guided room set up and decor planning
  • Vendor coordination to ensure all outside vendors receive the timeline, understand the set up guidelines and receive direction upon arrival
  • Three-month and one-month prior check ins
  • Final meeting 1-2 weeks prior to event
  • Wedding Rehearsal coordination
  • Day-Of Coordination – Event Coordinator onsite to execute all prior planning, guide you through your ceremony and formalities, and ensure a memorable and successful day!

Wedding Rehearsal
