Event Coordinator
Our on-site Event Coordinator will begin assisting you approximately one year prior to your wedding day covering a variety of areas, including:
- Building a Wedding Day Timeline to fit your unique needs
- Venue visits for guided room set up and decor planning
- Vendor coordination to ensure all outside vendors receive the timeline, understand the set up guidelines and receive direction upon arrival
- Three-month and one-month prior check ins
- Final meeting 1-2 weeks prior to event
- Wedding Rehearsal coordination
- Day-Of Coordination – Event Coordinator onsite to execute all prior planning, guide you through your ceremony and formalities, and ensure a memorable and successful day!

Wedding Rehearsal
- Guided by our in house Event Coordinator
- 1 Hour Rehearsal for the couple, ceremony officiant, bridal party, parents, grandparents or other participants in the ceremony.
- Complimentary glass of champagne for all rehearsal attendees
